Sales Administrator

Job title: Sales Administrator
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Location: Belfast
Main function of job: Provide administrative support to Sales team

Key tasks and duties:

  • Prepare quotations for review
  • Track quotations & orders
  • Process orders in line company procedures
  • Liaise with customers pre & post sales
  • Prepare customer communications for review

General duties:

  • Ensure that all activities adhere to requirements of Marlborough Quality, H&S and Environmental Systems
  • Contribute to our culture of quality, innovation & continuous improvement
  • Any other duties that might reasonably be required by your supervisor from time to time

  • Experience:
    • Essential:
      • Sales administration experience > 5 years
      • Customer-facing experience > 5 years
    • Desirable:
      • CAD drawing experience > 1 year
      • Marketing expreince > 1 year

Sales Engineer

Job title: Sales Engineer
Reporting to: Managing Director
Location: Sydenham Road, Belfast
Main function of job: Achieve bookings in line with budget and manage customer relationships

Key tasks and duties:

  • Identify & qualify Leads
  • Carry out contract review in conjunction with Production Manager
  • Manage customer relationships
  • Maintain rolling sales forecasts
  • Report on progress

General duties:
