SC21 Training well underway

Marlborough Engineering's constant quest for improvement has guided us towards SC21's lean management training.

In early 2015 Marlborough started SC21's training course on lean management. This enables a company to become a lean company, through the expertise and general practices rules taught by the instructors through training days. 

The process so far has seen a lot of change happen over company already, with processes such as our Sawing cell becoming lean through aspects learnt on training days. 

Even in the early stages the benefits of the course have already been evident and improvements all over the company that can be made have been highlighted, and this will all just enable Marlborough's quest for perfection, with Eoin McCavera saying " After being selected by Bombardier for this course, so far it has greatly benefited the development of myself and our Team"
